This opportunity would suit an ambitious and confident candidate. The ideal candidate will have full mastery of the recruitment cycle as well as strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
Role & Duties
- Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
- Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
- End to end management of recruitment process
- Advising all levels of Construction candidates/clients and working all sectors & verticals
Requirements
- Experience as a Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Construction Industry Knowledge
